Hello everyone,
a kid gave me a xbox slim 4gb where he tried to rgh the console, but as he told me he never read the nand because the pc didn't recognizes it.
So he desoldered the tx 4gb R/W nand reader qsb and he made a mess with the traces of nand.
I already fixed few xbox with this kind of problem. I have all the equipment (tester, solder station, wire, etc), but i can't fix this one.

I can't read the nand and can't boot up the console with traces fixed, it only beeps.

I have various voltage on nand pin (U1D1), and two of them are short (3 and 14) is that normal?
Now evrything is desoldered, tried misuring resistance but i don't know precisly the misure.

Actually i have the old tx 4 gb nand R/W and a new one, plus a xecuter cool runner.

From the photo below you can see all the mess.

You can see also the pad on phison controller missing.

Anyone could help me, please?

Thanks a lot!

Sorry for my bad english.

You need to rebuild all of those traces.

You can clearly see that there is a VIA which runs from the lifted pad near the Phison controller.

The rest should be self explanatory - follow the traces and repair them where necessary.

This thread should help you (thanks Xmods).
