Hey guys... Trying to recover the CPU key from a Slim Corona V2 (4gb)...

Install Pics are as follows (Sorry for the inclusion of a Maximus Nand Reader... TX products were sold out when I tried to order them...

ANYWAY!!!

Sorry for the uncleaned flux... just redid everything before posting pictures to make sure it wasnt my wiring...

The DGX tries and tries to glitch, only to seem to hang like a trinity (buzzing or clicking sound... or maybe Im just overly sensitive and it's just fan noise)... After about 30 minutes of trying... Currently I am running V2 ecc on POST_OUT and CPU_RST wires AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE...
Ive tried Normal length POST_OUT with Variations in CPU_RST From 10cm, standard slim glitch length, phat green wire length... now short as possible.. all with the same results.

Any insight?

Did you check and make sure it has full post out? I read that they have run into some v2 where post out was missing. Requiring post fix adapter

Wait, so you actually needed to follow the instructions for the product in order for the console to work? Surprising

Also, we don't disrespect Maximus products here anymore. We do not offer support for them, but we highly discourage product bashing against Maximus.

In all honesty, they make decent stuff.

Show me 1 point in ALL of the instructions for ANY maximus product where it tells me to unbridge the JMP1...
I'm not going to bother to google search for you. However, if you had looked into the original read method, or looked at the TX reader, you would see that the switch disabled the clock for reading, and enables it for normal function.

The xbox will not function normally with the clock disabled.

That's alright... let ME point YOU in the direction of their write ups/tutorials/instructions... and maybe you in your holier than me attitude can filter out where in all of this is a single directive to unsolder/unbridge/undo/remove or OTHERWISE MODIFY ANYTHING!!!!

Their Website:
http://360nandflasher.com/

The 4GB SD Reader User Manual (This is in english... I'm going out on a ledge here and assuming that English is your primary language, even though you've completely failed to communicate in an adequate manner in said language...)

http://360nandflasher.com/downloads/SDTool_Manual_Eng_v11.pdf

Now, I've done all the searching for you... Can YOU read .. and MORE IMPORTANTLY... can YOU point out to me, where in those instructions it say/dictates/instructs one to/ explains that one should/ or otherwise tells you to desolder/unjump/unjumper/disconnect/unbridge JMP1?

PLEASE!!!! Prove me wrong....Make ME the ass rather that you...

First of all, I don't see where I was coming across as an ass.

Second of all, I don't see where my english was unclear.

Third of all, as that tutorial you posted was rather poorly translated, the part where enabling the clock again is very vague. So you are correct in that regard.

Still, my point is that the initial read solution (by ZackWarrior, i believe?) and the TX 4GB reader are very clear about what the switch/bridge does.

As i stated before, the console will not operate normally without the clock enabled.

Acording to that manual you should not need to unbridge it, only release the FFC cable from the adapter board wich makes sense to me since they are showing an install there the cable comes out in the back in case they need to reprogram the nand.

Did you disconnect the FFC cable?

OP - you're just demonstrating why we don't support other people's products.

I also don't appreciate you being rude to other staff members.

I will close this thread as it's now resolved but be mindful of your attitude in future.
