0mb is fine just try to read the nand and see what happens
I know it looks like sh*t but nothing is touching and I tested all the wires from qsb to mobo and its all fine..don't have anymore I just bought another one.... I just don't understand when I first started on the home made cable everything was working fine now it don't work at all

So you're not using the product as intended and you're getting a problem, not to mention extremely poor soldering?
I see you've also managed to lift pads on the R/W but didn't mention that either.

so I fix all the wires and I attached the r/w kit to the mobo everything works fine but computer/laptop cant still pick up xbox........

As Martin said, we cant give you support when youre not using the product as its supposed to be used. Get an undamaged kit, install it as its supposed to be installed and post new pictures and then we might be able to help you.
edit: post a focused picture of your coolrunner as well, it looks very square on your unfocused picture.

nothing wrong with the qsb I checked it. I have lifted pads cuz I was using cat 5 computer wire and it was to much for the pads so I went out and got the right wire..... everything from the switch to the qsb to the mobo is all fine...... if I have r/w the xbox wont turn on if I have x360 the xbox will turn on so to me I installed the qsb the right way..... I just really think I have a computer problem.... my wife laptop finds the sd card cuz it says mmc sd card and it says autoplay so I cancel that open up j runner finds the sd but its 0mb and when I go to read it it says Failed to get DiskGeometry. that's the only problem I have right now

yes there is nothing wrong with the console.. if I put the switch to x360 I can turn on the xbox and play games go online do what ever I want and if I have the switch to r/w then the xbox wont turn on...... I really think I have a card reader problem....
martin I just removed everything and put the xbox back the way it was when I opened it and I am just going to sell it or put it away...... thanks every one for there help... Martin C if you can you may close this thread......
