Helllo , i've made this console before 2 weeks grab keys , solder cr3lite , boot really fast , and give it back to the client , today he bring it back because the console wont glitch , i've unsolder the chip and the postfix adapter , clean all solders , clean and heat the board little bit , and solder nandx point , after create new build image try to write on console its start good but after 10 sec to many errors , since than i cant read or write nands to this console now its not power on at all , check my nandx with another xbox run properly , i've made this checks with meter and found the problem from pin

J2B1.5 = 0V

the rest is

J2C1.1 = 1.413
J2C1.2 = 2.264
J2C1.3 = 1.353
J2C1.4 = 47.7 ohm

J2B1.5 = 0V
J2B1.6 = 87,7 OHM

any idea what could be the problem ?

You haven't provided any images. J2B1.5 should be 3.3v so you've either mis-soldered something or something on that rail has been damaged.

NAND-x values are there for people having issues read/writing to their NAND. This isn't your issue, so more information (pics etc) is needed.
