CORONA Corona v4 glitches successfully most of the time, but not always

I went through the RGH process with success on this Corona v4. Most of the time, the CR4 will glitch into the dash, but occasionally the green debug light will just stop blinking and the Xbox won't boot. Either that or the green light will still blink but in an odd way (like every two seconds instead of every five). Unfortunately the photo uploader doesn't seem to be working for me atm so I'll have to provide links to another site, which I will do right after I post this. Here are some RATER logs, which show odd behavior at the end:

The second one (this one's weird because the CR4 stopped cycling right after successful glitch):

Can you post some better pics of the soldering of all the wires please.

Sometimes a console can successfully glitch but still fail to boot, I actually don't understand why that happens, since it happens so rarely there is no real time to investigate it as replication of the problem is difficult since its so rare, I simply spare myself that headache.

You said most of the time it boots fine, so are these fast boots? ( I consider anything less than 15 seconds a fast boot )

Most of the time? So out of 10 power ups, how many will end up with no glitch? (no boot but debug light still blinking)
How many out of 10 Glitch, but fail to boot? (no boot and debug light stops)

NOTE: When a debug light stops blinking, this does not mean 100% the console has successfully glitched, but its very likely it has. (Please correct me if I'm wrong TX).

What's your goal here?

Do you want instaboot? Everytime?
I've been installing these for a while and believe me, if you want instaboot everytime, its not going to be easy, remember glitching is not straight forward, unlike jtag. Glitch requires something to happen and result in an effect which is not supposed to happen, anything can interfere with it, even changing your console to another TV, or simply charging your controller can cause a different outcome, so instaboot everytime is basically not really doable.

I just did a Jasper RJTAG+ using the same CR4 chip, with AUDClamp, that boots like a champ, almost instaboot everytime, but it will sometimes take 5 seconds, rarely 10, but mainly instaboot, I'm happy with that.

So once again, is your problem really a problem, or are you wanting to super tune it?

Thank you for the reply. Here are some better pics: http://imgur.com/u0M4x79&PvYoXTM&i78bi6g&YPRbNnZ
They're still the same ones, just zoomed in, but they do show that the soldering is decent. Let me know if you want me to take new pics and I will when I get home from work.

When the Xbox does boot, it's usually in under 3 glitches but can sometimes be as many as 8. This situation is the best I can get without adding any caps; I have tried multiple combinations of the post bit jumpers and dip switches. When I added the 10 nF cap, the debug light wouldn't flash at all.

Out of ten boot attempts, I'd say one or two have failed to start up. Out of twenty boots, if four have failed, one fail will have successfully glitched but not booted. These numbers are really just from memory, so I think it'd be best if I posted a rater screenshot later, just to give some more concrete data.

I don't care to get instaboot every single time, but I would mainly like to have a successful boot every time, hopefully within 3 glitches, like you said.

The problem is a problem, because I plan on selling this Xbox, as I usually do. I don't want any irritated customers, having to come back to me asking why their console doesn't boot every time.

I will also add that I have rewritten updflash.bin to try and rule out that being corrupted; this made no difference.
