CORONA V4 No glitch

It was in CR revC. Was working fine a year ago. Got stocked and won't boot anymore. I tried it, boot to rgh 3x. Then It won't boot again.
I'm trying now to use CR4 XL hoping to make it boot but no joy.

Boots to retail nand no problem.

oh never mind. seems workin now with rgh2...instant boots. very strange it won't work on cr4 xl...

I'm sure with the cr4 it's likely a tuning issue. I've found most to be more responsive with the jumper on the 3rd point.

Are you using default dips? Those give me fast times, are the wires cut to size?

they're always been on.

I've had settings all over the place with the cr4. Some with dips 3&4 others with just dip 3.

Rated comes in handy with those. If it's not starting out at 03 or close to that then you need more tuning.

I just did a corona the other day that booted best with 100ohm jumper dips 3&8 with both the 10ohm and 37ohm caps installed.

Good deal. Stubborn bastard ended up not so stubborn after all.
Be sure to do your tuning with the console assembled. Everything plugged in. You don't really have to put the shell on though.
