I dump the original nand perfectly. but after writing the ecc file corona v4 is not power up just gives a beep sound. I tried with the original nand but same thing. If I lifted the pad connection, is it possible to read/write the nand ? because I can still read/write/erase the nand.

If you can read and write then the only thing left is damage. Post pics of any area you've soldered to.

You won't get a "valid" NAND read with the ECC image written (this why you are getting the "Header is wrong" message).

Write the stock image back and check that the console boots before attempting anything else.

Why didn't you solder the QSB directly?

QSBs are designed to be a permanent fixture - this is what happens when try and take shortcuts.

I'm not having a pop at you, I'm just saying that things would have been much easier if you had installed the QSB in the first place.

Wire installs are fine, but a QSB provides cleaner connections.

You can't be writing the original if your getting that error. Did you read the NAND back after writing the ECC and overwrite the original?

I actually did. but after having this issue I thought that there might be some PAD disconnected issue. so I lifted the qsb. So how can I be sure that my USB pad connection is not broken/lifted. I also attaching the log. whatever I did

I see you have your cpukey from reading the log. The original dumps you took may have been bad dumps. If all else fails, see if you can extract files from the nanddump and build a new retail nand.

Thats was a different nand I was testing. I don't have the CPU key of this console. But sure I have the original dump. which shows all the info in Jrunner
