Corona wont read nand

Ok so i have just tried to install the nand x wires onto a corona motherboard and it will just simply not read. I can normally just plug the jr programmer in to the nand x wires and the light will come on if the xbox is plugged in but its like there is nothing there. jr programmer works fine on my other consoles but not this one.
