CPU temp in FSD

The easiest way to control the temps is to set the max allowed temp for CPU, GPU and EDRAM in NAND. This can be done easily with 360 Multibuilder by editing option.ini before building freeboot image. I always set them to 65 Celsius, once the target temp is hit, the fans will start spinning faster, if the temp decreases, fans will slow down too.

What he said. I used to piss around with 12v fan mods or the FSD fan settings,

I now use average temp 60 and max temp 80 and never had an issue.

do you use a plastic washer on the motherboard side?

Sorry just realized I misspoke in previous post - Ment Lock Nut not lock washer. Washers will scratch the board.

With lock nut no as they done move at all and from Mobo to end of stud is all used by the washer - If I use a standard nut then yes.
