CPU_PLL_ BYPASS Alternate Point Question

Just a quick background on what I did to kill the original point. When my coolrunner got here I got a bit to "excited" and yanked the original cpu_pll_bypass point to hard. I used the alt point and put the original nand back on and it boots up no problem though. I still want to finish the RGH and my soldering is perfect on everything, but how do I put the 2 new bypass wires on the coolrunner? I tried putting them both at the length that the wire was before and all that happened was the center light came on but no glitch. Am I still able to do the glitch with the alt points?

It isn't my wiring I can promise you that.
Oh and I forgot to mention that the coolrunner is getting power but the green light hasn't blinked yet

I got it fixed now. I bumped the switch to slim when I was putting it in and never checked it. Im gunna go cry for being such a idiot now. I would love if this thread was deleted to hid my screw-up
