whats the Cpu_pll_bypass for jasper ?

EDIT: I mean alternative cpu_pll_bypass...

EDIT 2: i used the alternative points and dont work. The green ligth of the CR doesnt blink and i got black screen.

I did the installation quite well it worked perfectly. When i Tryed to reroute the wires the cpu_pll_bypass lifted the pad.
No, it isnt. When i try the normal one. The one that it was working the green ligth of the CR blinks many time after time but nothing happens.
I Tryed the alternative points but the CR no even blinks..
