RGH CPU_RST short wire

Well I've found out that by putting a 33nF capacitor with a 1k Ohm resistor for disharging in the middle of CPU_RST, could reduce wire lenght to about 20 cm.

Tried with several other caps and shorter wire, but this has so far been the best.

I use the switched J2C3-2 for powering Coolrunner, so capacitors can be discharged.


Caution:

Use switched power at your own risk. It has been suggested that it could potentionally damage your console when using swithched power.

You shouldn't really expect it to boot faster. I was just a bit annoyed with that long wire and figured that there had to be a way around that.

I actually tried with a 5-6 cm wire. Ended up with 3 x 150nF caps in series before it booted. But is was very unstable so I dropped it.
