COOLRUNNER CR rev.C problems

hi all, have here a jasper waiting for one of the CR but i have some troubles with them. have actually two coolrunners rev.c here.

1st - tried in 3 boxes but couldnt get him glitch at all. it let me program it but have only steady red light and no green at all.

2nd - i used him in zephyr to get keys and everything was fine. then removed and took it for another box but cant get the chip program for different timing.
used JR v2 and nand x but no joy.

JR - Xilinx Device (Not Detected)
NAND X - Failed with 0x0002 status

Everything what im using from TX i got from ck3.co.uk. when i asked them what to do if they are faulty they said if it is over 30 days from purchase i have to contact manufacturer. :mad2: (ofcourse it is coz i bought bunch of them)

ant suggestion what to try will be really appreciate.

Never used it myself you could try using tinypic.com

Everything is connected as it should be.

What happens when you attempt to program your CoolRunner in J-Runner?

have u installed it yet to mb n if so lets see pics of install no blinking lights could be a few things

thx. the one with no glitch i have tried few times with no luck and the 2nd one i can programe. will try to install it in the box to see what can we do. i know big role play soldering here and im sure its not a problem here. what else you will suggest to check pls?

hmm.. any idea about the second one? why nand x and jr cant detect it? what to do if they are faulty? heve we any chance for replacement?

The red light merely indicates voltage.

New Coolrunners are shipped blank and therefore have a constant green light as well as the voltage indicator. If this wasn't the case when you installed it, either the installation damaged it or it was faulty to start with.

the 1st one never worked. from first attempt it had only red light. never seen green on it.
second worked fine on zephyr but after that j runner doesnt recognize it. so i can not reinstall the timing files to using in different box.
was trying to order few again today and looks like ck3. co .uk are out of stock. are they coolrunners discontinued or its only sold out pls?

I believe the CR Rev C is now very limited stock.
