Also, What do you mean Jr Runner will ramped it? I new just wondering that that means
Re-map, not ramped.

Think of it like this:

You're driving from point A to point B, but there's road construction ahead and you need to take a detour to reach your final destination.

Now, think of your NAND as a destination, full of roads. When there is a roadblock (bad block), traffic must be re-routed (bad block is flagged) in order to avoid writing data in a "place" that it cannot be accessed (road closed).

J-runner will re-map any bad blocks automagically.

It's very important to read the NAND multiple times and compare the dumps (in J-runner). If you have bad blocks in the exact same places, you don't need to resolder anything (allow J-runner to re-map bad blocks). If each NAND dump has bad blocks in different places, you need to check your wiring/resolder and re-dump the NAND until you have identical copies.

You're very welcome, and good luck!

PS. Read the J-runner User Guide in its entirety before you attempt anything. Just some friendly advice that could end up saving you time (and possibly money).
