Hi people
I'm having a right old time of programing the timing file.
I have jrp v1, usbpro v2, cr3 lite, ltp programing cable with small
usbpro to cr3 power cable.

Things i've tried,
Impact, error was play unsucsesfull

also this isn't an install the offending cr3 is sat on the bench and hassn't been fitted!!!
I'm just trying to get the timing files sorted








anything else????

yep tried that also, from the pics you can see i think i have all possible conections to use usb or lpt
CR3 is powered when conected to the jRP (red led on) as it is when conected to lpt using usbpro power cable

Just done this on comp running XP

unfortunately i don't have anything else to program :(
getting REAL coolrunners is like hens teeth lol

have even tried 360gcProg and autoGG to program cr3
should not have saved this lol should of used it ages ago :(

You do not need to power the CoolRunner externally if you are using a JRP.

If the JRP drivers are correctly installed and you connect the cable correctly, you should not have any trouble programming your CR3 Lite.

Its hard to read something you added to your post AFTER i posted. Have you used your current setup to program other coolrunners? Why was this CR removed in the first place?

this cr3 was bought for when i had something i fanced putting it in, like dual boot or such, so has sat in it's nice box colecting dust.
have used both lappy (64bit win 7) and desktop win 7/xp (for using lpt) used both Jrunner and impact to prog upteen chips.
have also used other progs to do same thing.
as i don't use non tx chips (aka FAKE) coolrunners i'm at a loss as to why this ones playing up.

i have used other brands/products (not CR) when asked to by customers, but i have said it again and again
that the only good products are the TX ones, thay always work for me, time after time.

now it's happend, this is the only one that has EVER failed me.

yeah know all about not needing exturnal power with JRP, just not shown in pics, be one of the other pics
that show the red led lit when conected to JRP

this is just so unreal that one of the TX products hasn't worked for me
