ok i just received this whole brand new kit of a buddy of mine and was wondering if i get the phat qsb's or if it is possible to wire straight to mb to use on a phat xbox?

The CR3 Pro doesn't work on phat consoles.

You can use an R-JTAG kit or wait for the CR4.

Unless CK3 have some old stock, you won't be able to buy them from any resellers.

Wait for the CR4 - it should be available to pre-order soon.

Just so you know its a jr programmer. J-runner is the program used to read and write the hands

JR Programmers are near impossible to find at the moment, supposed to be back in stock by the end of the month in time for the CR4.
