ANSWERED CR4 and rater feature

hello all.

So i have the CR4 Installed into a corona V4 4GB console.

I am trying to use the rater. I have RC24 bridged and all the other points bridged where the resistors were missing just in case.

Kiosk wire is installed as well. K pad to R2C4 Bridge point
But i notice that the rater will only turn on the console, and will not turn it off.

What am i doing wrong, Do i need to add another wire?

Bridging the other points is a waste of solder
Do you have the blue and green wires hooked to motherboard
and the kiosk wire goes on the motherboard next pin to the Red 5 volt wire on the motherboard
If your not familiar with the Blue green wire harness its the same as nand reader cable

I do not. I assumed that it was not needed since it is a 4GB console. thank you very much for the info. i appreciate it sir
