CR4 INSTALL

Hello, I got the CR4 along with the J-R Programmer v2 and the R-JTAG QSB v3. Is that all I need to install the CR4? Can anyone point me to where I would find a tutorial on how to install everything? I have a Phat xbox with a Jasper motherboard.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I only have the R-JTAG QSB v3 , along with the CR4 and the JRP v2
The guide shows other QSBs, are those necessary?
