CR4 + Trinity QSB V3

Hi all, I have trinity all taken apart. I have bought CR4 and trinity qsb v3. JR programmer v2. Ready to go but cant find a good detailed guide/vid/tutorial that includes instructions for both QSB V3 and CR4. Can someone please help me find links? Thank you so much

there is a cr4 section in the forms and in that subsection there is this post

BTW best I found was this : http://team-xecuter.com/forums/threads/147506-Stay-Tuned/page2 but looking at MOBO and QSB i cant tell where have they soldered upper right point at all. I dont wanna screw it up u know.
