Hey guys,

I was wondering if I could install the CR4 XL without the aud_clamp QSB? I have an extra CR4 XL just sitting around and I didn't want to install it until I know for sure that I can install it without the QSB. I have the JR Programmer and CR4 XL. Would the RGH2 method work?

Any answer helps!

Thanks!

To make rgh2+ method, just follow rgh2 guide for jasper. For jtag without qsb find coolshrimp's guide. It's somewhere here in.cr4 forum.

If you use the RGH 2 Method im pretty sure you do not need to use any form of the aud_clamp fix and for the power of the CR4 Goes here...

For rgh2+ you don't need any qsb. For Rjtag+ without aud clamp use coolshrimps guide

Seems that Jasper motherboards can be a pain in the ass with the aud_clamp method, so you definitely could try out the rgh2+ method. (Not all jaspers are pain in the ass btw with R-Jtag+, but most of them react better on rgh2+)
