Console Type: Corona v2
Programmer Used: N/A
NAND Size: 4GB
Dashboard version: 16537
CB Version: ???
Was the console working before you started: Y (RROD fix previously)
Do you get a green debug light appear on the CR4 XL chip every 4-5 seconds: N

I recently purchase all TX products to try my first RGH. Followed Ubergeek's guide for install and J Runner manual for performing the glitch. I was able to read NAND, create ECC and write ecc but I can't get the CR4 debug LED to flash green after rebooting the system to go into Xell. From what I've read this is likely an install problem.

I tried restoring the stock nand but I believe I made a mistake. Started getting Bad block and wrong header errors. Since I don't care about having a retail image on this machine I followed a tut on building a bootable hacked nand image from scratch.

The issue remains the same, I can't get the CR4 to glitch. Can someone take a look at my install and see if there are any glaring issues or what else might be my problem. Thanks in advance.

Check CPU_RST, it looks like you didnt remove the shielding in the wire and it is grounding out the cpu_rst signal. I would also check the post out wire, and check to make sure that there are no solder splashes on the cr4.

Removed heat sink and post out traces are there. I will post a pic soon. I also put a meter across cpu reset and gnd and it is a direct short. I am going to assume this is bad?

I'll check reset wire shielding next and touch up post out.

Desoldering the yellow wire from your CR4 an measure resistans between the yellow wire and GND. Looks like the bottom side of the post out via is gone and this would determine if I'm correct or not.

Also measure cpu_rst against ground to see if the shielding is causing a short as it looks.

check the solder points on your nandx qsb , could be wrong but it looks like you missed a point
