Detailed Description of the Problem: Can´t boot to Xell. CR4 XL debug ligt and power lights both on. No video. Xbox blinking trying to boot. Restored the NAND Back up and tried to over a few times. I retouched the soldering points, same thing. Weird thing is that if I change the switch from Phat to slim, the debug light turns off and when I try to boot the green debug light apperas every 4-5 seconds.
Was the console working before you started: Y
Do you get a green debug light appear on the CR4 XL chip every 4-5 seconds: No, always on
How long is the light on for each time: Continuosly

first of all did you check cr4 in jrunner , second you really need top sort your soldering out , look at pic below looks like your white wire is touching other points and is the qsb broke or is it the pic

1) No I did not. Isn't that option for RGH?
2) About the second picture, are you talking about the bent jumper? That is a bit crooked because when I put it back inside the frame apparently I bumped it with something but it was just a little bit bent.
3) On the first picture, thats a retouched point which had very little solder at first, it was not touching any other points and same problem was happening. Ive retouched that point like 3 times and still same thing. Although the last time I added a bit too much solder and thats what happened. I can retouch the point again but I think same thing will continue to happen.

Is there any other recommendations?
