Hmm...I just bought NBA Street Homecourt and it's doing the same thing...partition error. Hopefully this isn't the new standard.

I had the same error with NBA Street. I have also had the same error with DeadRising. I am currently unable to backup COD3. I get the following error. I added a screen shot of the error...
