Jungle Flasher keeps crashing during right (going back to stock). I gets to writing bank 0..and crashed (1.89)

I tried 1.87 and it crashes as just before bank 0.

I have attempted this about a dozen times and crashes every time.

Does liteon 2510c require half open tray? It crashed on write, so I have to use intro to get it to recognize every time, and because of this, I can not eject the drive.

Does not require half tray open anymore. Chances are that your chipset is incompatible with the your drive. As always it is recommended to buy a usbpro so you don't have problems like this. Also you could try a different tower with on board sata.

tried another version too like another place stated. Either freezes in Writing Bank 0. (1 dot) or freezing on the Erasing part right before it writes the Bank

Run JungleFlasher (latest version) as administrator and try everything again, VIA 6421 SATA cards work fine just so long as you remove the drivers first.

98/me doesn't allow you to use the open source and target tabs to open your key and firmware. I tried xp, but same issue.

You only need drivers for blaster if you are using USB instead of serial or the db9 plug. The op is using sata so the blaster is just for power. Have you tried booting in dos with dosflash16? If you don't know how pm me.
