LITEON 74850 Crazy Reader

Today, after the upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 of my reader's firmware, the player once reattached on the xbox starts to spin very fast and doesn't read anything. Moreover, if you try to pull out the disc is still running very very fast. What could be the problem? Thank you.
I've already tryed to flash it again and again but the problem persists.

the reader worked perfectly before the flash. I have tried lots of time to repeat the flash and it is always execute correctly, the only thing I noticed of strange is the key "NOT FOUND". I use a Xecuter connectivity kit lite v3.

and wheres your jungleflasher log?
answer the above and u mite get some help

flash back to stock,get the latest microsoft update ,re dump then reflash see how that goes
