create flash cd

hi i just installed my x3 chip and it works fine i now need to make a flash cd as when i have tired its not working i dont know if im making it right or not i have read all the how tos but just cant seem to do it im prolly just not doing one thing right can some help me ?? my dvd rom on my xbox is a TGM600 . i am also using nero and a hp dvd writer its new as. so if any one can give me a simply how to thanks

I would really suggest that you use the HTTP method if you have it available.
Why waste DVDs if you don't have to?

If you read the tuts, then you know 2 files must be on there, one is the bios named "BIOS.BIN", and the other is the dummy file "DUMMY.BIN".
Don't forget the file MUST be 100MB or more!
