Critical problem with NES Online play that doesn't work with SX OS

Nintendo monthly updates and offers games to users that are subscribed to its online service, which then originates releases such as Nintendo_Entertainment_System_Nintendo_Switch_Online_Update_v2.6.0_INTERNAL_NSW-SUXXORS

The thing is to play this releases one needs to 'Link to a Nintendo Account'. I wonder if for those of us that have unlinked accounts on the switch there is anyway to link or completely skip this step when trying to launch the games with SX OS in order to play? If not can this be done in a future release of SX OS or something ?
