Cromwell Screw Up

I installed X3 modchip and having been my first time modding i flashed with a linux cromwell bios. I know have the X3 bios and want to flash with that. How do i get it back to the original configuration where i can use the web based flashing tool to load the bios? i'm very confused.

press and hold in the pwr and eject buttons, that will take you to the backup flashbios.

System Updates Cumulative? Latest Update Issues?

I haven't installed any system updates on my xbox for a couple of years at least. Does each update contain the added the features of the previous updates? I'm hoping to just perform the latest system update that's available. Also, are there any compatibility issues of this latest update with iXtreme 1.61? Thanks.

don't update JTAG it first if you have a exploitable kernal on it at least i would

as stated above i would jtag the console 1st but if your not interested in this.
update the console to the newest dash but be aware that if using ix1.61 this is detectable if you go on live
i take it you dont play games on the console at the moment as the newer games require you to update to play them.
