Curious about the Xenium "OS"

i wonder if xecuter could release a new version of the x2 bios that checks somehow what modchip you are using and shutsdown the xbox the moment the x2 bios is loaded into memory on an xbox with an xenium chip. Or better yet, a screen saying that "you are running on an outdated modchip and go to teamxecuter to get an updated one" I think that I have seen an app that can detect what modchip you are using (using some sort of checksum).
