Hi, in order to mimimize ban options when using same sd card in emunand or sysnand...

Could be possible (in a future SXOS version) to rename Emutendo folder?

I know that Nintendo shouldn't read the sd contents to perform a "nice" ban but...

i dont think the name will matter that much
its the content that would get you banned

Well, sysnand doesn't scan the emutendo folder so the content shouldn't be relevant.

But if the folder name would be customizable it should be safer, isn't it?

no it wouldnt be "safer"
also how would you know what the big n is scanning and whats not beeing scanned?
it litterally doesnt matter what you name the folder since the content stays the same
big n wont ban for a folder name bc they only care about whats inside (if they even care which i doubt tbh) and bc the false positives would be way to high
like i said
they're gonna ban your ass for the content (if its illegitimate)
also what u/Game_Over said ^

Easiest method.
SXOS on Emunand permanent aeroplane+ stealth mode, don't use autoRCM. Can "double wrap" by using 90DNS if you want too.

Keep Sysnand clean 100%

When want to go online, power off, remove sd card, boot OFW
Play your games via legit carts/eshop installed on sysnand or another SD card.

My OFW is still on 4.0.1 so I think even if Nintendo hid some telemetry in their firmwares, it'd be on 5.x upwards.

Only way to 100% not get banned is to have a second Switch. Anything else you do is basically just a precaution to 'help' you not get banned. Nothing is absolute except a second switch or like others have said staying offline altogether.

Biggest issue is that if you have ever booted CFW without using emunand and you do not have a clean sysnand back up then you have no way to know if you have fully removed all 'modded' files and can still get banned.
