My console was repaired because the battery died and did not charge anymore and nintendo said the mainboard was damaged and needs to be replaced.
Now i got the console back and the firmware is 10.1.

When i insert the SX OS dongle i am not able to boot custom firmware.
Pushing the "power" and "volume" button does not boot the console at all.
I can only start with the OFW by pushing the power button.

Can you help me what to do now to get back my custom firmware?

Nintendo switched your main board for a patched one old board likely wasn't damaged, looks like you will need to wait for the chip to get back to cfw.

The motherboard they used for replacement is the new style and patched. You will need to order and use the new exploit version when it comes out. I'm sure NIN repair has orders to replace all motherboards as they come in for any repair to stop the unpatched versions. Another possibility is the IC was damaged and NIN replaced motherboard instead of IC change due to time and cost. Either way you lost your exploitable switch and have a patched version now.
