Custom logo bmp / flashing LED (bugs?)

First, my power LED starts flashing off/orange whenever I run an app. Sometimes it does it as the dash loads, sometimes it takes until I manually run another app.

Second, the custom 180x50x256 bitmap logo feature doesn't seem to work. I've put it on E: and on F: and I still get the Rox my Box logo instead.

Have these been addressed or even experienced by other users?

Other than those two annoyances, this is an OUTSTANDING release (5028,5029, and 5030) and I can't wait to see what else you guys manage to cram into my old x2 chip.

The bitmap logo feature is for X3 bios, not X2. As for the flashing of the LED, I would say that it has to be your dashboard that's doing it. I tried every single LED option and they all worked (5030.BETA).

Nevermind, I was wrong about the custom logo thing. Another topic was started about it. I got it to work :) In paint, just make sure you're selecting 256 colors and not 24 bit, lol (was my mistake :D)

I'm absolutely certain they're 256 color. They still won't display.

edit: I even copied a sample logo from x2ConfigMaker and saved it on the xbox as E:\logo.bmp and I still get the ol' Rox my Box anyways.
