Alright, after seeking help on youtube and Se7sins for a simple question, nobody decided to help me out.

Okay simple question, with a coolrunner chip and cygnos360 V2 revD installed (with a relay switch). Does it reset the SouthBridge upon switching of nands and make it safe on xbox Live or not?

And also should I use a different kv on the second nand?

I got the KV from another slim I RGH'd and luckily they had the same dvd drive.
Damn I dont have any banned slims that I could get a kv from.... do you know of anyone that would have one, Im not sure of the drive yet but I could take apart my console anytime. I just wanted to wait and see if I should even attempt this with my only online capable console.

Demon should work on any motherboard
Thank you so much for your quick responses, I know now to drop Se7sins and stick to these forums from now on.

Do you know anything about the demon and why it is better than cool runner, I cannot find anything on it.

I've been running a dual NAND setup, on a Falcon, since early December without a problem. :)

Google for building a glitched image with different KV and MAC address.

That's what I did with my NANDS. I built the Reset Glitch Hack NAND with banned KV and a different MAC address for the Cygnos. Kept the motherboard NAND stock.

Been playing on live since then, but I do unplug the console every time I switch from Reset Glitch Hack to Live.

I would definitely recommend waiting for the DemoN as the support and manual for the new chip will be great. Judging by the sounds of it, it'll be so much better ;)

As far as I know it is only the revision E that clears the southbridge the revision D requires a power cycle. You can use this link to find a banned keyvault for a trinity board and if memory serves it matches your requirements. You'll see when you start to build the nand anyway.

The demon will be a purpose built chip that is either an addon to the coolrunner or there should be a version with the coolrunner built in. Because it is purpose built it should not require the extra relay and should clear the southbridge and smc.

This is surmised as the final specs aren't released.

For now the cygnos is our only option as we have no eta on the demon (could be weeks or could be months away) It comes in flavours for phats and slims so built for any console that can be glitched I assume.

It isn't better than the coolrunner it is an addon for the coolrunner to allow the dual nand. They have hinted it has further capabilities but not what those are for the minute. Guess we just wait and see for now.
