D0/Led

[LP101]

The D0/Led flashes red for a second upon power, but after that it turns off...Any thoughts on how to best connect it...I have put a fair amount of pressure on the wire...Is there such a thing as to deep/conected?

As an FYI...when I boot the box w/out D0 connected I never get a red led.....

Assuming it's an X3 as your in the X3 forums
What type of install? (Pinheader, wire, Xapt3er)
What version Xbox?
Anything else you can tell us?

Very sorry...Xapt3r (solderless), 2.6 Xecuter & 1.5 ver box...I was reading some other threads that indicate the red led is solid only after chip install, however that is contray to what the tutorial on this site says...Either way (chip in place or not) the red led that indicates a connection to the D0 only remains on momentarily....

As you can see here (link) the red led will BLINK once to show you did a good install IF THERE IS NO CHIP CONNECTED YET. With the chip over it the red led should stay lit, but not if there's no chip yet.

Very well...Then what is indicated by a Xapt3r thats red led flashes momentarily with or without a chip. After reading your post and subsequent thread, I checked to see if the led would remain illuminated after intsalling the 2.6 chip, but it does not.
