d0 point prob

ive got x2.6 ce with xapter v1.0

my wire that goes in the d0 point has snapt off and iv'e used some tv wire for past 2 months and the reason it snapt was my xbox never had holes for it to clip in, they were covered. it still works but not very good it doesent stay on the d0 point when i move my xbox and i have to keep pushing it down hard on the d0 point. can anyone help please!

the best way to fix is get it soldered in

Soldering is always the best solution, but you could order a new adaptor and prepare the D0 point so the wire stays in. Just take a fiberglass pen or a small sewing pin and clean the D0 point.
