Daemon and Jr-programmer, CR4 XL Shopping list

From what i understand daemon replaces Jr-programmer right? Just want to confirm before i buy. Don't want to pay shipping twice. Also how unrecommended is it for a noob to install daemon and CR4 XL. I can solder a little bit but i have not had much xp. Just dont have cash to pay somebody else to do it. Labor costs the same as the Xbox nowadays. Also where can i find daemon. i've found it at modchip central but there prices are usually high. i was going to order everything off xconsols but i cant find daemon on their website. If they have it please post a link.

I am assuming daemon will still work with CR4 XL. If not please tell me.

EDIT: Forgot to change thread name should just be "Daemon and Jr-programmer" cant change now my bad. :facepalm: Found out what i needed. (at least i think so)

demon is not exactly a replacement for jr programmer. You have to solder demon to the bottom of the mobo and then it can program the nand and / or coolrunners (not cr4 xl). cr4 does not need to be programmed.

Demon is mostly a dual nand solution to allow for an xbox to boot in original mode and in rgh mode as well.

demon will work with cr4 xl, that's why the CR_EN bit is on its pcb.

You probably figured this out already though.
