Hello guys.
I have problem with my Xbox 360. Unfortunately I damaged pads (C5R11 & FT4R2). In my opinion in Trinity motherboard version pad FT4R2 is a dead-end point. Is it true?
I know that now I must repair the trace in C5R11 pad but I don`t know exactly how I can do it. I think that you have more experience, so maybe someone will help me.
When I power on my console green light doesn`t pulse (CR rev. C). I didn`t try flash stock NAND, but I`m pretty sure that I will see a red dot (trace is damaged).
Help me. Thanks.

Thanks for quick reply. Ok, I think that I must give my motherboard to profesional service too. Could you tell me is FT4R2 a dead-end point in Trinity motherboard?

If you are dead set on doing this without having someone who has more experience repair it here is my suggestion. From what I can tell I agree with Martin C There is plenty of trace to work with. Have you tried searching for C5R11 Trace Repair and FT4R2 Trace Repair? There are already guides out there to help with this. I lifted a pad on FT4R4 once and repaired it by connecting a small wire from that point to C5R11. If you want access to C5R11 again what I would suggest (a very basic description) is to put one line from FT4R4 to C5R11, and another wire from C5R11 to it's end point. That way you can still access the C5R11 point if you need to by connecting the 2 wires that meet at that point with solder and an additional wire for the mod. You will need a quality tape to hold everything in place after you do that tho.

Thanks, but I don`t know what exactly did you mean wrote about point FT4R4. In my opinion this is different point (and trace). Not CPU_RST. Did you mean FT4R2?
Sorry, my english is not good. :)

Ive Broken that Pad before I always use an alternative point, you can use top CPU RST point on the TOP mobos close to the Heat Sink
its the same,

The process to repair this can be rather difficult. Considering that you damaged both the FT4R2 and the C5R11 I would suggest that you send it off to be repair. These traces are far more difficult to repair then it is to solder to those pads.

All the same I've attached some images of a repair that I've done.

Below is a picture of the repair to the C5R11 trace.

The next images shows the trace repair secured in place and I've attached a wire to the trace to run to the top side solder point.

Next I routed the wire to the top side and secured it in place with hot glue.

Now below you will see that wire attached to the top side solder point to complete the trace repair. At this point I booted retail to verify that the repair is working.

Lastly I attached the blue wire to the trace which will run to the coolrunner for the cpu_rst.

Again once I verified that the repair was good I secured everything in place with hot glue.

I hope this helps you out. Remember this can be very difficult to do but it can be done. Its not a race so take your time and do it right.

Hello guys.
Success! Everything works fine, but only on retail NAND. I repaired traces and pads. :) Thanks a lot!
I tried connect point D to C5R11 (no reaction), next I tried connect point D to beginning CPU_RST trace, but green diode no pulse. Tommorow I will try change my CR rev. C to other chip (maybe CR is damaged).

Ok, I tried glitching my console again and green diode no pulse. I tried connect CPU_RST (D) point to C5R11, FT4R2, R4D4 and trace beginning - failed. I changed chip, lenth of my cables, I tried soldering much better than on pictures, but nothing happens.
I flashed retail NAND - everything works fine. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks.

Do you mean point C5R11 and FT4R2? Yes.
I disconnect point C5R11 and R4D4. I soldered C5R11 to FT4R2 and Xbox works fine (of course on retail NAND).
Now I have a plan to connect D point (CR) to R4D4 (as a CPU_RST), because when I try connect D point to C5R11 and FT4R2 (remember - I fixed damaged traces and pads) my Xbox can`t glitching (green diode no pulse).
