I've already installed the 14699 dahboard prior to doing the RGH. Everything works fine, games play well, no problems there.. So far I only installed XeXMenu, but I doubt that matters in this context..
My problem is in getting my Kinect to work. When I hook it up it asks me to perform a system update, but it's in no way connected to LIVE, and i also blocked the LIVE updates via. the launch.ini file.
Am I safe to accept this update? Is it something residing in the 14699 dashboard I installed, just waiting for me to hook up my Kinect?
The only posts I could find about it suggests installing the 14699 official update, but this seems odd as I already have that installed.
I followed Fib3r's guide btw.
