Dash can effect on RGH ?

I know this is stupid question but i read many posts and all of them say something differents .
my xell just wont boot up . my dash is 13599 can be this is my problem ?

Dashboard is not relevant when booting xell.

Wiring is the main culprit. Check the Orange wire if it still boots onto dash from eject. Had to solder mine direct to qsb pad.

If nothing is coming up check other wires.

Post pics of wiring. Also what mobo. What cb..... Etc.
