If i lock my winbond chip, can i update my dashboard to 14719 without unflashing my drive???Or the only option is to update to stock, then update the dashboard, then update to lt+3.0???Thank you so much!!!

It is always suggested that you revert to stock prior to updating.. And I also suggest keeping your winbond locked at all times especially if you use the console for live

The safest bet is flashing back to stock then updating and reflashing, but I think it might possibly depend on what dashboard you're currently on. I only know about Phat systems as far as dash updates flashing/locking drives, but again, the safest method is flash to stock, update dashboard, flash to LT3.

Takes more time to open / close the console than to flash the drive . Maybe we'll see a Blaster CK3 for slim from TX soon 
I'll leave updating stock flashing, if you can have the dvdkey flash with JungleFlasher and if you're not you can always recover dvdkey the tutorials on the forum.
