dashboard update?

I have looked and cant find any information on this, so its probably not possible but I am going ask.

I have xbox 360 slim with dash 16197 installed, every time I update to the latest dash I have to go in and set-up my network, clock etc.
is it possible to download the files and do a $$ystemupdate more like MS does there updates?

I don't have any issues using nandflasher, very simple to use, I just thought if this was possible it would make things even easier.

This is a RGH right? Are you creating your new images from your old original NAND Dumps? If so, that would explain the settings being reset.

If you dump your current hacked image and create a new one from that your settings wont be reset. Once you updated the NAND run the official update that matches the NAND version. E.G. If your NAND is on 16202 run 16202 official).
