dashboard version is k.2.2868.0, first ever dashboard version ??

Sorry for the crap title i couldnt think of anything else to put for it

just bought an xbox today which is a xenon with a 20gb hdd pad, play and charge kit, psu and av leads

i checked the dashboard and it is the old blades

The dashboard version is k.2.2868.0

I am i wrong in saying thats the first dashboard version that was on the 360 when they where first released at the end of 05 ?

my mfr date is 02/04/2006

ive got one here with the exact same dash version. freebie aswell lol.

just had a quick look about and k.2.1888.0 is apparently the first dashboard revision.

^ Correct. Dash 1888 was the first dashboard to be released to the public.
