Download X3 1777 BETA from Xbins (it's in the _old section).
Flash to your chip and boot it. You should get something from this. Disable the password option if it's set and select Restore Factory Defaults.
Flash again with X3 3294 and it should boot to X3CL. I suggest selecting Restore Factory Defaults again, as there have been a lot of changes.
Once you're in X3CL, you should be able to setup the network - the username/password for FTPing to X3CL is always x3/x3.
