dashlaunch wont install

hey guys,
so i put dashlaunch v3.12 on my flash drive and put it on the hard drive using xexmenu. when i tried to open the installer, the screen went black and froze like that. is there a way to fix that?

Are you using a version of DashLaunch that's compatible with your dash?

Did you try the Debug Installer?

- some situations are causing a black screen when starting installer, it somehow seems to
be related to USB devices and/or signed in profiles. If you run into this issue, try the debug
version of installer - it's slower because it's logging to disk but apparently works fine.

i tried the debug installer, same result. my dash is 2.0.16747.0 but i dont know

The version you have is fine.

Try launching it from a USB stick using FSD's File Manager.

Try re downloading dashlaunch. Where did u download it from.
