Data Transfer from JTAG to RGH Console

Noob question here, My trusty, faithful, self JTAGGED Zephyr finally died (R.I.P.) and I have a RGH Trinity slim on the way. I know it's probably not going to be as easy as throwing the 500gb drive that was in the JTAG, into the RGH. What would be the best way to transfer everything to the new console?

Just take the casing off the phat hdd and then slot it in the slim. It's that simple
