hey guys was thanks anyone in advance for any help

i had a dual boot rgh trinity slim everything was fine until i was not able to switch nands anymore so i took it apart(need i mind this was like the 5th time due to the cygnos really an inferior product)

so the switch no longer so i decided to remove the cygnos and trash it but in the process my rgh no longer worked(i have my original nand on the cygnos)
so i scanned and scanned the board for any mishaps that couldve been done while removing the cygnos everything looks cherry
after that i removed the cool runner still didnt boot and finally i removed the slim QSB right after removing the qsb the console no longer powers on all i get is the infamous DING but no lights no nothing and no red dot on the power supply

also before the no power it would not boot with any nand i wrote my original my rgh bin or a dev bin
did i happen to blow a resistor ? or should i start parting this console out?

I've had so many problems with my cygnos, so I have decided just to wait for Xecuter Demon. (At least you'll have a quality product and great support!)

I haven't messed with the cygnos chips but I would assume one of your points are messed up. I do the nandwich mods and when I first started I would get the ding when I switched big block jaspers to small block jaspers and the nand wasn't soldered to the board good enough.
I would recheck your points and do some tests with a multimeter.

test the resistor it should be 34ohms.

also post some good clear pics of your mobo.

Also try to re flash the on-board nand if this is blank/damaged you'll get the chime but no action.

Just a shot in the dark, it could be your face plate ribbon cable. I have to adjust mine a few times before it will work properly.

Yeah, my cygnod has randomly corrupted its nand a few times on my jtag, I would not recommend it. Hopefully the demon will be great!
