Hello,
My drive fried because the input was connected wrongly.
It looks like this one; http://imageshack.us/f/571/dsc0190du.jpg/

I removed the bad resistors (204/207) and bridged them.
I have continuity between r204 and r66 and I measured the voltage on r66 with ground on the pinout and it gave me 3.3v...So I think I fixed the track...The drive turns (or tries to) on - I can see red laser light, the lens move a little and I think I can hear the dvd motor for breaf moment...But the xbox still blinks green.
I also read I should connect 3.3v input directly on r66, I tried and the results were the same.
I can't test the board on PC today so I'm not sure if it's the board or another drive component...
Thank you for your help.
