360 flash dump tool isn't showing me any bad blocks. When i dump NAND using NandPro there is one bad block. But i don't know the location, or do i enter the location?

Yeah error code: 250 on block 3E9.
I know that Xell only writes to the first 50 blocks so i went ahead and wrote Xell to NAND. Xbox shows 3 red rings when i try and boot
even when i wipe the NAND and write the original dump back to it. I've been at this for hours. I don't know what to do next.

Error 250 is empty block. It's entirely possible to have an empty block on the NAND
What console is this? Also what dashboard and CB version are you on?

I know exactly what i haven't done. I haven't written KV and Config Blocks to Xell or Xellous.

You shouldn't need to touch XeLL/Xellous - it will boot without any information from your console.

The green light flashes on and off constantly and it has RROD.
Is it strange that 360 flash dump doesn't give me the KV on the right hand side of the above photo?
I don't really know where to go from here if i can't boot into Xell

Have you considered the possibility that because this is a Xenon, that you have a genuine RRoD?

Nothing displays on screen though. No error code or anything.
I was playing on this console today before i attempted to Jtag it. Everything worked fine until i altered the NAND.

its a xenon just from opening the case they will rrod they are horibble. whats the secondary error. hold the sync buttom and press the eject 4 times. each time different leds will flash. 4 - 0 3 -3 2 -2 1 - 1. such as 0102 or 0022
The xbox won't boot whatsoever without the NAND X plugged in. When it is plugged in, the xbox doesn't stay on long enough to try your method.
I don't have a clue what has happened lol. Even when i revert back to original NAND dump it does exactly the same. O and when the xbox powers down on it's own the power brick turns red so i suspect a short somewhere. The power brick works fine on my other console.

ok so it's coming on and directly off again with 3 red lights. You have a short on the 12v rail.
You'll need to check over your board to find what you've done to it basically. Remove all wiring too.
