Deleting and Re-creating EmuNAND

Hi, I just want to ask if backing up the Emutendo folder in my SDCard would also backup my games from my 6.2 emuNAND? I followed some instructions in the forum on how to setup my fresh 7.0.1 sysNAND to 6.2 emuNAND (This was before SX OS 2.6). The thing was I have my saves in the sysNAND and I want to keep going online on it, therefore I followed the instructions which basically downgrades my CFW sysNAND (backed up clean NAND) to 6.2 then creating the emuNAND. Then after emuNAND was set up, restored my clean NAND to sysNAND. One issue though is that I have to pair my joycons every time I switch between emuNAND and sysNAND. Since SX OS 2.6 came out, I'm planning technically re-creating the emuNAND but this time with my 7.0.1 sysNAND in order to fix the different joycon pairing key issue. Would copying the Emutendo folder save me the time to re-install all my XCIs and NSPs in the 7.0.1 emuNAND? Thanks!

copying the emutendo folder should back up all the installed titles, make sure to use checkpoint to back up saves.

also if you want to avoid having to re sync joycons, Don't Initialize / Reinitialize the emunand

Just bought some new joy cons a d they only run on sysnand or emunand wirelessly. Had to pair them to sysnand and create a new emunand from it to get them to work wirelessly on both nands again.

Thanks for the response! According to the tutorial that I followed, I need to Initialize while performing a downgrade to 6.2 or else I will have blackscreen when booting. But now that 7.0.1 support is out, I can finally create an emuNAND for my 7.X.
