I have not seen this posted anywhere (I may have missed it but I did actually try searching), I see that there is a spot for a ribbon cable on the CR3 Lite is this for the Demon and if so do I still need to attach the ribbon clip with the En point (that comes with the Demon) onto the CR3? If not do I still need to solder En (on the CR3 Lite) somehwere?

The cr3 lite has the ribbon cable connector built in, that's what you are looking at on your cr3 lite. So you are correct in thinking that. Did you really search? If you searched for "demon and cr3 lite install" you would have seen your answer.
No you don't do anything to the cr3 lite except plug the ribbon cable in.
